As in what do u think of your gains, do you worry about shrinking back smaller. I feel like shit right now and dont feel like doing shit. Im too tired most of the damn time, but i have to conitnue pumping iron not to shrink back.

The crash can be a bitch, but its all mental. Naturally while on weight moves easier, pumps are greater and so on, but if you keep busting your ass day in and day out, you'll maintain a lot of what you gained, dont think of it as shrinking, think of it as the quality muscle you gained and kept through the course of your cycle

Like me when I crash i dont shrink but I feel small. I feel weak, cause last cycle I did use clomid but i didnt train all that time while i was on because i was too tired. I lost strength and all but the arms, chest, everything was the same. I hope this cycle I dont lose gains, cause I didnt work out all this week due to some fucked up shit thats happend to me, like flu-like symptons, registering for school, start work again, all the time I had was gone, but this coming week all its gonna change.

I used to do short cycles (8wks or less) before and not really feel any crash. But when I started with 10 and 12 weekers, I felt crappy afterwards. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if it was regular crash or the Clomid, since I never did Clomid post-cycle until my last 2.

bro i go through the same shit and this what i do to help. like doom said its a mental game. first off at the end of my cycle i take one final weight in and thats it until i'm ready to go back on i also go a LITTLE bit lighter, for example if my last set of dumbell inclines were 100's i would go down to the 90's and do alot more reps. this way i don't get pissed when i start struggling with the 100's. i also find that changing my diet helps keep me motivated and helps me from crashing. i also try and take sex stimulants cause if my sex drive gets too low i get even more depressed..

I use to lose my gains in the past due to lack of knowledge. Usually when doing a prop and revorvit fast acting ester cycle, I'd crash pretty hard. The last cycle I did was a 20 wk test, eq and deca cycle and I frontloaded the cycle and I went from 185 to 220 and only lost 5 lbs post cycle which I gained back naturally from continuing to lift hard. I also used a product called intermission by impact nutrition and it seemed to help me bring back my levels allright. BIGBIZ

dont u just hate it when your own girl tell u that bo, damn when my girl told me that i was like NOOOOOOOOOOOO, i FELT LIKE SHIT totaly bad. I didnt even wanna go out or anything. I was too afraid of going out cause i got smaller well 5-10 pounds smaller only.
