Time Between Cycles?

Hey guys.. I know this is such a n00b question.. but whats the general rule of thumb for how long to wait between cycles? Does that time start after last inject, or after pct?

Time On = Time Off

Time Off begins after last injection/oral of AS... some prefer to begin their Time Off after PCT, which is better IMO.

time on = time off is what most ppl say, most of the guys i know that compete are on something for most of the year, but i don't recommend that

time on = time off.....its hard to do and shitty, but if you run a cycle sooner you wont see as many results as you would if you waited....this is just my opinion though

j/k take atleast same time you where on bro. or better yet go do some blood work and it will show ya if your good:D
