A fast metabolism. Ok Ive been eating nothing but tuna 3 times a day, my breakfest 3 eggs and a shake, and my dinner, nuthin but egg whites and a shake before goingto bed. The thing is I ve been drinking green tea, drinking nothing but water,cardio, and taking some cla pills. I lost 2 sizes in my waist cause i went to Old Navy and usually wear 36" waist jeans and triedon the 34" and they fit perfect. I in a way lost some muscle size and feel leaner. The thing i leanred was that i lose fat quickly. I was always skinny and pig out like crazy before and wouldnt gain weight until i took roids for the past 3-4 years, ive put on alot of weight. Could this mean if i eat like a hog, high carbs and proteins, i could still pull through. My sister eats whatever but good foods with high proteins and still maintains her body by jogging eod. Cause right now i feel like shit, weak, and small, just wondering who else is like this here who can eat whatever and still look big and ripped.

I have a fast metab. . .I think this should maybe be in the diet section but seeing as it does have a bit to do with gear:)
If you want to be big AND ripped you have to sit down and figure out exactly what you need to eat along with your training to gain muscle while also adding only a bit of fat each time. . .this might even mean doing 20 min cardio EOD.
For me it means I eat as much as I possibly can but not much in the way of junk. .I eat shitty on the weekends but in general I stick to my meals thru the week.
IF you lost muscle then you will have to go back, add up all that you were eating and start with that as a base and add in some more fats and protein until you slow the loss down to a slower pace. ie. 1.5-2 lb a week.

its weird cause i dropped from 220 to 210 when i weigh myself 2-3 weeks ago. But if i want to gain it back, i gain it back in an instant say 1-2 weeks. The mean thing about this is that i get lean from all around but except the gut area. I can see the six pack there but theres a layer i cant get rid off. At times im afraid of cutting down cause of the muscle size lose. I was thinking of adding some test-e while doing this to retain some size, maybe adding a pew pounds but nothing major cause im happy with my size.

what your doing is not getting enough carbs in your diet, so when you do cardio your burning the few carbs you take in, then fat then after that as a last resource protien, which you dont want to do because protein helps build muscle tissue, and if your burning the protein your not able to build muscle tissue. so in a way your loosing muscle not fat. Thats why these atkins diet people are loosing wieght they are loosing muscle tissue, so get your carbs up to 55% of your diet dont go crazy on the protein its all old bodybuilding myths. Stick with a balanced diet, make a defict 500kcal a day either way and you gain or loose what you want safley.
