    Yeah thanks, I'll mention those to my doc. Tanning always seems to help too, well just being out in the sun for awhile in the summer is what I mean. Might try doin a couple sessions/week, a buddy of mine has his own bed for his biz, free tans all the time, if I want 'em. Haven't ever tried them though...

      Tanning, B5, proactive, doxycycline and take 2 showers a day and use a loaffa brush.

          Water Water and more Water. Went to the doc a bit ago and she told me studys show food does not make a dif?? Who knows everyones body is dif but water can never hurt. Don't wash to much it will furthur irritate the skin, like picking a scab it will take longer to go away.

            Just go to Walgreens and ask the pharmacist for a 10% Panoxyl Bar and use that to wash your shoulders and back. I use an exfoliating brush to scrub it in. That, coupled with tanning, always works for me. Try upping your water intake as well.
