  • Newbie Needs Help!!!

    I am relatively new to this site and would like some help with adding on some more muscle!!! I am 5' 9" and weigh 167lbs!!! Can anybody recommend something to help add on some quick muscle that is relatively safe??? I would like to add about 15-20lbs of muscle but would like to stay away from anything that has serious side effects or anything that you have to keep using to keep the muscle!!! I am in pretty good shape and work out at least once a day!!! There are alot of different threads and forums here so if there is one I should read please point it out!!! I just want to add on some quick muscle before the summer!!! Any and all advice will be appreciated!!!

    how bout TEST?? your body dont need to much for a first cycle bro
    week 1-12 test enth or cyp at 500mg/week
    you can kick start it with some dbol at 30mg/ed for the first 4 weeks
    make sure you know about clomid and nolva bro. if you dont then dont cycle, pick up the books(or this board :D ) and learn!!!

      good first cycle! but there is no such thing as quick muscle! to use gear you must be more serious than quick muscle for summer. do you know about side effects and post cycle drugs. although gearjunky gave you a good first cycle IMO you should reaserch some before you turn to the dark side.

        if you dont want anything with side affects, just eat eat eat
        then when your done eat some more..

        you don't overload yourself with protein like all these companies keep telling you, keep your diet balanced. 55% carbs 20% protein 25%fats...just make sure to eat every 2hours, increase you kcal intake over kcal expenditure by about 500 to 1000 kcal a day. guarnteed you will put on the weight without any side affects

          if you only want 10-15lbs then AAS is not for you.....alter your diet and get enough rest and train like an animal and you will grow

            I agree w/meat and cbr....diet would be key...I do have a different view when it comes to protein. Although you shouldn't "overload" yourself, you should be getting at least 1.5 to 2 grams per lb. of lean body weight.

              how long you been gyming..juice is not the fountain of youth or miracle serum..
              12 wks cyp at 500 wk..get clomid post cycle and dont take post cycle for granted..it will make or break a cycle as far as keeping all the gains possible..i think this is most common mistake with green horns..pm me and i can discuss pin sizes,injection hygiene and diet, etc..
