  • can someone else look at this too?!?

    i posted this in the supplements forum, but haven't had any response... perhaps i posted it in the wrong place, and while i know this is nothing of the caliber many of you use, i would still like another pair (or 20) of eyes to go over this:

    any input is appreciated!

    225lb, 6', 15% bf, eating clean, cardio 3,4 times a week for 30-40 min.'s, 1.5-2.0grams of protein intake per pound of weight, low to moderate carb intake, low fat intake - all good fats (avocados, nuts, and omega3's mostly) I have lifted for years and always have been wary of doing any PH's etc. . ., i finally think it's time, have done as much research as possible, and before bulking later i would like to evaluate my body w/o the bodyfat covering it. that said, i want to cut as low as i can, feel t3 & clen would do so the best, can tolerate SOME muscle loss.

    PCT - 6-oxo, how should i dose on this?!?

    After two weeks on i will re-evaluate, run an ECA stack and determine whether or not to do another cycle etc. . . thank you in advance everyone! i wanna do this carefully, it's not everyday someone loses their PH cherry.... hehehehehe

    im not sure but if ph means pro hormones i think they just got banned bro.Diet sounds pretty good how long have you been on it?Why are you running PCT?Shouldnt have to with Clen or T3. You say PH so im thinking you dont wanna use juice,but you do wanna use clen and t3? im confussed

      speaking on my experiences, t3 with no anabolics causes some serious muslce loss. i would throw some low does of test in

        I would just save some more dough. . and get some real gear. . .PH are in my opinion just side affects in a bottle and lets call a spade a spade. . .PH's are steroids. . .so why not do a nice run of inject test and get some great gains instead of wasting time with stuff that is illegal now anyway( or will be very soon)

        Regarding your clen, t-3. . .don't do it. . .the clen yes, the t-3 will eat you alive and you will regret it.

          no phs have not been banned , fda stoped manufactures to produce , but did not remove them from the shelves , because they are waiting for the bill to pass, other than that you can still buy till thy ban them! are you from bahrin ? or qatar because of your flag ? they are illegal there anyway ! is is easy to get gear there ?

            thanx guys, i thought t3 was a pro-hormone and thus the PCT, If i throw in some M1Test would that counteract the muscle-loss from t3? I unfortunately don't have access to any real juice, so i'm gonna run with this for the time being if you guys think the m1t will counteract muscle loss. how would you guys dose the m1t too?!? ramp it up and down like the t3? and at what dose? thanx in advance!

              if you decide to use the m1 take 10 mg/ed for 1 month. with the m1t you will need to use something for pct. never done 6-oxo but i imagine that nolvadex or clomid work better they're about the same price anyways. i believe the m1t will help with the t3 but you might want to keep it to 75mcgs at the most.
