The owner of my gym keeps telling me wow you have big biceps but your triceps are small.
He says do dips on the two benches with your feet off the floor ( u know the one). then add weight.
I used to do weighted dips but they don't have that in there they just have a machine which pushes up on your knees. It does not work the same.
What I need is a good routine to blast the hell out of them.
Any ideas?
