That is why they can sell them. However, keep in mind they lose their exemption if they are sold for human use or converted from pellet form.

Yes, the active ingredient in Finaplix, is Trenbolone Acetate....and yes I can read :) It voids the legality of the steroids if they are misused, or used on humans....it makes them a Schedule III narcotic....but that's not too bad....Schedule III offeneses aren't usually that bad...

You'd better check what your talking about....just because it is a 3 doesn't mean its any worse than schedule 1....and every state is different on punishment.

:) Considering I'm in a law enforcement school, and I'm taking steroids...and have completed my legal classes...the penalties of the Schedules here in Florida, are more stiff on Schedule I, the Schedule III penalties aren't as bad for some reason...its not the same in every state, I do realize that though. It also depends on the amount, in grams, or whatever of whatever you have...that's what makes the laws and regulations get stiffer. Say if you have 5 grams of cocaine, its a personal charge, although 28 grams (1 ounce) of cocaine would be a felony trafficking charge here in Florida. :D
