  • Clen - At once or split?

I'm thinking about starting some Clen and I've been looking around for the correct way to take it, but there is one thing I have not been able to find.
If run it as shown below (adjusting for tolerance) do I take it all at once or split in to two times a day or more?
    Week 1: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6, 6
    Week 2: 6, 6, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2
Also I know one of the sides can be sleeplessness is there a certain time you should not take it after to help this. Like not after 4 PM or something like that?

i take it before 3pm and i take it all at once (liquid). i think it's just a matter of personal preference after your body gets used to it. just split it up from when you wake up to around 3 or 4 till you're used to it.

I prefer splitting up the dose - I use 120mcg/day, so I take 60mcg in the AM with breakfast, and the other 60mcg before 4pm, otherwise it fucks with my sleep.

I have done both, with the liquid I took it all at once, with the tabs I split twice a day, I didn't make a difference to me. Make sure you take it atleast before 4, cause it gives nasty headaches if you don't sleep right.

I have done 4- 2 week splits. At 100 mcg I found I was a little too jittery, so I've never gone above that. I lost around 35 pounds of fat and managed to put on around 5 pounds of lean weight as well. I did Stacker 2 w/eff on the two weeks off. The only side I had was cramping while training. Even smaller muscle groups like shoulders, bi's, etc. would cramp up. I added potasium and lots of water and it seemed to help. Taurine was also suggested to me by members of this board.
