I have never done a cutting cycle and I have absolutely no idea on how to do this. I have been using gear on and off for 12 years. My stats are 38 years old 5'11" and right now I weigh 217. My body fat is around 10-12% I really don't want to mess with insulin or my Thyroid. Please help.:)

You can go for prop/tren for 10 weeks.. Prop at 100mg EOD and tren 75mg EOD.. The prop doesn't aromatize too much, and tren gives you a dry, hard feel.. Real vascular, pumps will be amazing.. It may be my next cycle, truthfully.. :)

You can take out the t-3. I highly advise you to learn more about these and any other components you put in your body first though. And like has already been said, diet and cardio should be first and foremost.

you can get ripped on pretty much any gear that doesn't bloat you. I get ripped on dbol so go figure. your only a few percent away, try some Eq and 1cc of any test on low carbs and 300gms of protein a day. 45 minutes of cardio a day and workout only one bodypart per week. don't do cardio the day after legs, let em recoop a little.

In general, when thinking about cutting cycles, try to combine at least one non-aromatizing androgen with one non aromatizing or lightly aromatizing anabolic. For example Trenbolone, drostanolone (if you can find it), proviron, or if crazy, halotestin as an androgen and primobolan, winstrol, anavar or a little eq. If you are not prone to too much fat and water , you can use small doses of prop or enanthate. Add in yohimbine, ephedra, caffeine, aspirin, chromium picolinate, vanadyl sulphate, whey protein, eat a high protein, low carb diet, cardio and I guarantee cuts. Good luck!

I'd go with a twelve-week cutter laid out like this:
Weeks 1-12 EQ 400mg/week
Weeks 1-12 Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-8 Tren 75mg EOD
Weeks 9-12 Winny 50mg EOD
Do a stack of ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin/yohimbe for two weeks, then switch to clenbuterol and taurine for two weeks...and repeat this two week regimen throughout your cutting cycle. I'd do cardio EOD (not too much though, maybe 20-30 intense minutes since you don't have all that much fat)....and keep carbs low while taking in 1.5 g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
