Have u all ever had this before? When people know you work out and all and come for advice. Asking you if this works and how much can I gain. It really bothers me when they think they are going to grow off of just taking supplements and forgetting about thier diets. I have a cousin who bought some protein can and is hitting the gym. The guy rarly eats and all but takes his shake. He wants to put on some serious weight,but the way things are going, no way in hell.
Also, I see little high school kids and even college friends here in my city talking about roids, about this and that. The only roids they knowof is Deca. All they talk about it Deca, Deca this, Deca that. They come to me and say how it gets you huge, monsterous built. Im like "Oh yeah". They take the shit, only 1ml which is 50mgs a week. They take this amount for 4 weeks, 5 maximum. Thats 200mgs in a damn month, lol Hahahahaha. Also I hear about SOstenon 250, taking a shot every week for a month. Thinking 4 shots is going to huge them build massive bodies. Yeah they gain weight but water and all the junk foods they eat.
Not even knowing that Deca alone, gains will go away fast, not to mention shutting hard not knowing about PCT. They grow and shrink fast, not knowing what hit them. Next thing you know it they are in the doctor due to chest pains, high bloods and all. Who do they blame, roids.:mad:
I had this old friend from high school come up to me and ask me for roids advice cause some asshole told that i used them before. I asked him, have u ever takenthem before and he said yes. I asked hi, what did u take. He said some big bottle, which he used. I asked him, how much u take. He said he wason it for 6 months. I said to myself, this guy is asking for help, first of all he did it for 6 months staright, not knowing what he took, then wants more. I told him if he knew about roids and he said yes. I names a few roids and tests names, and he never heard of them before. I said to him, hey man, dosome homework, educate yourself more. Read on what roids are, the different types of roids and tests. Decide what ur goals are and what u want. Cause without knwing what ur taking u could mess urself up bad. WHAT If what he got wasnt in fact roids, whats if it was water, even polluted water, or even baby oil. He could have either gotten ripped off or had something that was notin fact roids.
I say the best thing to do is educate, do homework, and see what your goals are. Forme, my #1 goal was to gain as much mass as i could, since i was skinny for along time. I was 135 at 5'11'' a few years back. About 5 years ago. And now Ive reached 230 this August that passed, now im at 215 at 5'11''. I feel better than ever and all,good about my appearnace, more confidence and wiser on things.
To build a body it takes time and dedication. Cause without patience one cannt achieve their goals. Steroids are not a miricle drug that is going to get a person huge over night. I say without proper nutrition,rest, and training, a roid user wont achieve any results or even wont get results. Its all about the diet (high calories/high protein or high protein/low carbs for cutting) depending on ones goal, the proper rest (sleeping 7-8 hours a day for growth), and last of all the training. You can bust your ass in the gym and not eat right nor rest, and their wont be good results , resulting in overtraining and losing size. Roids alone wont make u grow unless u have rest, diet, and training 100%.:D
