    im 20 just sarted first cycle. started training when i was 9 . and i have done 3 months of good research before starting. i think 20's a good age if you have good 3 years training hard and consistant on your record.

      dbol... thats funny because over the past 7 months i have gained 45lbs and my bench is at 400+.... And im not a bloated pig... show me some REAL info on what you suggest. Which i hope u have a legiable source. I smoke EVERY DAY.... explain that one.

      And as far as motivation goes... Im a Frickin maniac in the gym.. I do atleast 25 sets PER body part. WHen i did quit weed for a couple of months i noticed no difference.
