    Hi there... its that time again... well week 5 went pretty good... training is going very well and the weights are going up... which is a good thing, even though they arent as heavy as I would like... which I put down to mindset as I am probably being too cautious due to no training partner... and the body weight is up also... to 114.4kg... appetite is there and kinda wierd... I dont actually feel hungry but as soon as I start eating you best hold on to the plate, utensils, table cloth and anything else lying around or its mine...!! some water retention but no signs of any other sides... oh except for an insatiable horniness... I want some alllll the time...lol... oh well at least my wife is pleased... really like this test only cycle... also notice that my endurance is up as well... cheers...

    What are you taking and how much per week? I'm thinking of doing a test only cycle my next go around, just curious.

      1000mg per week test enanth... 10 weeks (although if the gains keep going I may increase this... still undecided)...

        how many cycles under ur belt, that you feel you need to go over a gram? 1000mgs, and 4000+ calories a day, can equal massive gains. Personally I dont see why you would wanna up it

          I think he might have meant to extend the weeks not the dose, but I am just guessing.


          GP- sounds good bro. I miss having a training partner as well, I do so much better and am much more motivated. as soon as I come back from my honeymoon, I am going to switch gyms and I am going to start getting serious about eating healthy foods and lots of them. and training better.

            Get everything you can from your cycle by training harder and smarter. I'm old enouph to remember when guys did half the doses of only the basic gear but trained like hell and ate like animals. That's how they got big on 10mg dbol and 500mg test 300mg deca back then. Everyone squatted, did forced reps and drop sets, no one did cardio and they knew to change their workouts around. We need to get back to that a little I think.

                Sorry Doom... wasnt too clear about the increse... was thinking in terms of weeks as Stonecold said... I have about 14 cycles under the belt... and dont want to increase on the gram... its doing nice things for me...

                  I've just started my cycle with 250mg Test a week (for two weeks), then I'm throwing in 300cc of Deca a week. I'm looking at about a 12 week cycle. I did the same amount my last cycle (12 weeks ago) and got great gains. I couldn't imagine going any higher, but that's just me.
