  • How do I eat?

    I just joined today, and I have been reading and reading. Great posts! I believe I have confirmation on alot of my, "I wonder if this is true" thoughts.

    I am in week 2 of my jintropin (GH) 5on2off adventure out of a 10 week tour. All is well with another boat waiting for me when this boat is done.

    I am curious how I should be eating if my goals are to increase mass yet cut up. I have read where GH is kind to having both goals. Is this true?

    Given this is an expensive trip, I do not want to make a mistakes with diet. I hear from some that they eat high calorie as to ensure the muscle growth and deal with the "fat" later.

    I have a solid farm boy build, and can put on size easier than some. I used to be a big fat boy @ 50%+ bf!!! I am currently 5'11" 215# 17% bf; 46c and 34w @ 31 years of age. I have been leaner... but that is a long story. I am training as follows:
    Monday = Cardio
    Tuesday = Chest
    Wed = Legs
    Thursday = Back/Shoulders
    Friday - Cardio and Abs
    Saturday = Arms
    Sunday = Cardio and Abs

    Posted a pic since this is my first post.

    I am open to suggestions.

    gh does have those qualities... i think that most of everything you want with pysique or mass muscle gains has alot to do with diet. i mean you can do the whole low carb thing... stay under 100 or even 50 carbs a day... youll get pretty cut ... but when you loose that chub your not going to be 215... even with the gh...
    i am no expert but id try low carbing for 6-8 weeks see how you do. but keep the protein intake up and dont forget to drink water. as of today im cuttin out most of my carbs... im 292 lbs i think im big enough... :D
