  • Injection Pain

Did everything as usual. 2cc of test enanthate into right glute. Didn't feel anything wierd when injecting. Maybe a slight twinge.
Eight hours later I've got pain from glute to my ankle. Mainly hurts at the glute and trials off down the leg. Doesn't hurt at the injection site at all. No swelling or reddness. I've had an absess, pretty sure this isn't one. Maybe hit a nerve? Anyone had this happen? Have any advise?

Probably a nerve, absesses take a little while to develop because they are an infection. This will likely get better soon. If you feel the twinge in the future you may want to pull out before injectingthe oil and try a different spot.

The range of the pain definately indicates a nerve. Not a whole lot you can do about it except maybe take an anti-inflammatory to help reduce the irritation to the nerve at the injection site (Advil is fine for this).

Agreed... definitely a nerve issue... give it time and steer clear of the area for a while... F_T
