4th of July Cycle - Thoughts?

Specs:
29 years old
6'
200 lbs
15% bf
Training hard for years.
Haven't cycled in 5 years

Objective: Hard and super lean.

Plan to nail the diet first and lean out naturally for a month.

Then:

Wk 1 - 8: 30 mg var ed
Wk 1 - 8: 300 mg primo
PCT (40 / 20 4 week nolva)

I know this is super light. Is it a good, light cycle with the above objective in mind?

yea thats light but hey if it works for you why not! me personaly for the hard lean look i like tren EQ but thats just me!

Primo is hit-and-miss with it's legitimacy, and the price isn't worth what you get. I'd do this instead:

Weeks 1-10 400mg EQ/week
Weeks 1-6 40mg Var/day
Weeks 7-10 50mg Winny/day

Guaranteed to have you looking lean and vascular if diet/cardio are in place, and you run some thermos with it ( clen and E/C/A )

My only concern is putting on more weight than desired. My body grows quickly on gear. For instance, on my last trip, I took a relatively light, 12 week cycle (5000 mg Sustanon 250 / 1200 mg Deca) and gained over 30 pounds. I'd like to gain 10 - 15 lbs of hard, lean muscle. Any changes or additional suggestions with this in mind?

Also, I also plan to run Ephedrine HCL. Should I use this in place of the clen, in addition to the clen, or not at all?

EQ is very much a lean gains drug, curls. Go with it.



*When you listed your last cycle that you gained 20 lbs on, I'm assuming you meant total mgs over the 12 weeks, not per week! Deca and test mass gainers that will cause you to hold water...running EQ, Var, and Winny will not do this. Your gains will all be of the lean variety.

Think I'll try the EQ/Var/Winny mix. I'm a little hesitant to try tren, given what I've read re: sides.

For the EQ/Var/Winny mix, should I adjust the PCT? Do I need any HCG?

Yes - the previous cycle specs were total mgs over 12 weeks ... and, yes, I held water like a camel.

You should most definately do the full regimen of PCT, including HCG. Might as well keep your gains!

The Var portion of this trip is obscenely expensive from my source (~$900).

Anybody have suggestions on a substitue (trying to stay away from tren)?

Var is about $3 ea for 5mg at the high end, so it's about right. It's hard to make and hard to get.
