I know that you usually can...but I heard something about them trying to clean that up until the Olympics are over, for PR purposes. You might want to check with someone who has been there recently.

but as danny said, with the olympics coming and bush trying to save his ass with his "war on juice", the spot light might force them to clean it up....it might involved too much though if you look at their medical system
