  • Need quick help from knowledgable ones!

I started taking Winny (liguid) 40mg ed ORALLY a little over a week ago for a planned 4 week cycle.

    OOPS!

Anyway I will be going out of town for a once a year business trip. Given my experience with this trip, usually the second night after meetings we all go out drinking heavily. That night will probably be Thursday night 48 hours from now.

Is this an absolute dangerous no no to have 8-12 beers?

Should I not take my Winny tomorrow or Thursday to avoid excessive liver strain? If so will this interrupt my cycle?

I get a little weary about my health so your advice will be appreciated.

Man you're weary about your health? If you don't know what the right answer is on this one, maybe you should rethink your use of aas. Not having 8-12 beers should not be such a sacrifice for you if you prioritized your health over some drinking binge. What would happen if you had 3 beers, lose your job?

I know my rant is doing nothing for you so IMO you won't die or grow a tumour from your binge, but don't you feel stupid posting this?

Know what buddy, I do not feel one bit stupid for trying to learn as much as I can and ask as much as I can.

I like many are here asking because we are nieve; AKA: Newbies, trying to learn what is safe! Not necessarily ideal, but safe!

Besides alcohol I have never put an illegal drug in my body, and for the first time I am starting to use a drug I do not know inside out.

I enjoy kicken back some beers with the boys. We do so 3-4 times a week every week. I have not had a drop in 8 weeks which is a signifigant decrease for me. The reason is beacuse i do not know what the interaction with the aas and alcohol would be.

Drinking isnt ideal for my cycle or my physique, tell me something I dont know; this isnt what I was asking. With all the talk about liver strain increased when aas is used orally, I want to know how dangerous it is. As a newbie I do not know if a beer or two will hurt me permenently or even kill me! Is my question stupid now?

I saw on one of the mods quotes "a stupid question is a question not asked" I believe that 100%!

If I had all the answers I wouldnt be asking. And when I do have the answers I sure as hell will be eager to help people as i was once helped, not humiliate as you have!

Drinking some alcohol won't kill you...but 8-12 beers is a pretty heafty strain on the ol' liver when you're doing Winny. Try to keep it to 3 or 4. After that, start snagging yourself cokes or sprites at the bar...none of your co-workers are going to know that there isn't any booze in there.

Everything...every decision that you make is about your priorities...I get sick of seeing people that just want to get big and impressive to show off and that have no real love for this sport...It's the drunken muscleheads that give bodybuilding a bad name. You can tell your commitment by the level of your willingness to sacrifice all the B.S. to achieve the perfect physique...Having said that...enjoy your trip...

                    Dude,

I don't see any point in drinking when it comes to this sport. To have a "good" time? That's a bunch of bull in my opinion. Beer or any other alcohol is just empty and wasted calories. Even light beer is 90 - 110 cals.

I agree with some of the other guys here. If you are really that concerned -- and knowledgable enough to know the strains of Winny on your liver -- then drinking wouldn't even be an option.

8 - 12 beers? Even if they are light beers, that's 800 - 1100 calories. If they're not light beers, that's about 1280 - 1920 calories! I would rather hit the gym hard and eat a couple of steaks with a potato and brocoli. Then later have a nice shake.

So, you're actually wondering if you should stop Winny so you can DRINK? Pretty silly. You either put 110% into this sport or you hang it up and crack open some beers. It's up to you. Remember. Alcohol stays in your body -- on a cellualr level -- for about 72 - 96 hours. It effects EVERYTHING chemically. It's a waste IMHO.

A good time to me? Busting my F'in ass in the gym -- getting those last few reps -- having the pain wash over me. White closes in until I can no longer see. And passing out for that breif moment. Now THAT'S fun! ;)

                    Cheers!

If youre going out for a special occasion, then by all means have fun, but if you are running more than winstrol, or anything else directly linked to the liver, I would ease back on the alcohol content

Too be safe, get a good liver protectant, and drink a liter of cranberry juice the morning after, that will clear a good majority of the toxins out of your system

See Biggs, I was not trying to be an ass or humiliate you. I am just trying to make you realize that takiing aas is serious business, and should only be done by those serious about their goals, health etc.. I wanted to point out to you that going out with your buddies 3x/wk for 8-12 beers doesn't fit into the program and will eventually endanger your health. Just be serious about what you want and understand that there is always a "price" for everything worth having. Giving up or really cutting down on drinking is not such a high price in this case.

So don't get defensive and listen to people who want the best for you. Good luck!
