How much Aveena Sativa and Trib to use...?

How much Aveena Sativa and Trib to use post cycle along with clomid/hcg/nolva i'll be running a test/fina/eq/d-bol cycle and want to do a good post cycle to keep most of my gains How much Aveena Sativa and Trib should i use per day???? Thks Luke

tribulus is usualy in the 2-3g per day dose for gear head:D
