  • Tren....Fat Loss?

    I think I know the answer to this, but I will ask anyway.
    Prior to starting this week on 100mg Tren ed, I had been on Atkins for 8 weeks and lost 20 lbs of fat. I will be continuing Atkins to some degree and still want to lose the fat, will Tren assist in this goal or hinder?

    I'm not sure I would want to go on gear if I was on a keto diet. Esp with fina (hard on the old kidneys) I can tell you the tren is great for burnning fat if you stack it with other "dry" gear but I ask around about it some more first.

      yes tren will accelerate fat loss to a degree but the main reason i take it when cutting is it has incredible ability to prevent muscle loss when on a cal deficit.
      the only bad thing is when im doing negative cals im in a shitty mood just from that and then throw some tren in there and im not a very pleasant person especially at night time.

        Cool deal. Just so we are on the same page, my low carb intake is by no means low cal. I eat every 2 hours: 30 grams of protein and roughly 450 cals per meal when I include the flax and other oils/fats, I get up twice during the night and eat the same meals as well. So, I am getting 4500 cals in a 24 hour period, just not a ton of carbs........

        I will keep every one updated on progress though.

          wow you get up 2 times in the night to eat? your crazy.LOL what are you stats and what are your goals! also on my take about tren it seems to suck the fat off. i dont know why.

              Yep go to bed at 10 usuallly, wake up at 12 and then again at 5. I grow like a weed. currently 6-1 222 12% looking to gain 15 lbs of lean mass

                I would avoid the atkins approach while on tren, if anything shock the body by changing the diet and promote mor lean growth

                  being on the Atkins diet, your body burns fat and proteins for energy. Also, your body NEEDS carbs to put together amino acids and manufacture proteins. Careful on this diet! I remember a guy (some body builder?) who was on this diet, but I can't remember his name. He only got so big, then when he went off atkins, he finally got bigger. You're body is using proteins and fats for 2 things - energy and proteins synthesis. Finally, metabolism of proteins and fats puts more strain on your liver and kidneys.

                    though i was pleased with using tren with test and then alone. i don't see where it is a fat burner. at least in my case since i'm somewhat lean. it has its benefits but i feel it is overated. all the bros who rave about how great a compound it is don't look any better than they did befoer they used it. give it a try. it doesn't work the same for everyone as we all respond differently.
