  • Need help with cutter

I just finished my 1st week of bulking... and i realized that i dont need to get any bigger before i lose some fat (im 20% bodyfat). My cycle WAS 160mg's prop ED and 1,050mg's EQ every week.

What would be a good dose to cut with of the 2... NO i dont want Tren because i just dont like the stuff.

Someone told me to gradually decreases calories... So i started taking the Milk out of my protein shakes and dropped the weight gainer. Any help with diet would be great! Thanks

The idea behind cutting is to trim away unwanted fat while retaining as much lean mass as possible. It is obvious that in order to burn fat one must exhaust more calories than one takes in but there is a specific way to do this. The body is always striving to maintain homeostasis. This means that it wants to keep a balance between all internal functions. Metabolism is a function of this. If your caloric intake changes extremely, so will your metabolism in order to maintain homeostasis. The trick is to change your intake slowly so that your body doesn't notice.

The first step to any diet is to determine what your starting conditions are. Have your body fat percentage checked, keep up with weight, and keep up with your diet. I'll use my last cut as an example:

My daily calorie intake was at 4000cals/day. My BF% was at 16% and my weight was at 190lbs. So to slowly lower my intake I reduced my caloric intake by 500 cals/week. This is what it looked like:

      Week 1 3500cals/day
      Week 2 3000cals/day
      Week 3 2500cals/day
      Week 4 2000cals/day

By the Fitday calculations I was burning 3700 cals/day, so you can see how that would equal fat loss. At the end of my cut my BF% was 10% and my body weight was 185. That means that I lost 11.9lbs of fat and gained 6.5lbs of lean mass! It is rather hard to gain lean mass while cutting as the main objective is to get rid of fat, but it can be done with the right supplementation.

Hope that helps with the diet part.

As for the AAS cycle. How many have you done? I'd think that lowering the AAS dose might be a good idea because that EQ dose is high. Eq is great to cut with and the test isn't bad either. It is prob your diet that is causing you problems.

OK. I'd say take a good look at the diet bro. It might not hurt to lower the dose on the EQ. 500-700mg/week is a good amount IMO. If you need more info on the diet I'd be glad to help with any specifics you have.

well what about this one... today i started cutting back calories... I dropped my weight gainer.. and milk from my shakes because i was getting ungodly FAT off those 2... without them im losing roughly 1,400Calories... is that too much of a drop? Even tho i was TRYING to stuff my face with as much food as possible.... im gonna try eating the same but i was taking in like 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day before i decided to cut... and like i said i was getting Fatter and fatter.

Dropping that many cals at once aint gonna screw up my Homeostasis is it?

Don't cut too many calories....become a cardio FIEND...you can afford to since the hefty amounts of AAS you're using will prevent most if not all negative effects on muscles. I'd do 15min on an empty stomach upon waking, very high intensity: this will give your metabolism a boost for the whole day. Then, in the evening, I'd to 45min to an hour of low-intensity cardio (like speed-walking) to burn fat. Add in thermos like ECA and Clen, and you should be able to drop some fat while gaining muscle....WITHOUT having to starve yourself.

couldnt have said it better myself... I dropped my BF 3% and lost approx 30 lbs by remaining on a steady routine like that...

approx 20 mins on an empty stomach inthe AM.. yes your body is in a catabolic state usually...so itll use the fat for energy.. also.. you said you were stuffing your face with everything... but were you stuffing it witha "clean" diet ? or heavy carbs and fat ? you can eat alot bro , just eat right
