I am just coming off my first real cycle. 10 weeks of omn 250 every other day and first 4 weeks dbol 4X a day. I am starting to plan for my next in a little but I am trying to get some Ideas, I know what I want to be my base but what to build around it is the question.
I wanna run deca 400 but with what I am not sure yet??
I am 5'7 151 and 23 years old. have been lifting since I was 15. I have the worst time gaining weight. Can't do it for the life of me no matter my diet. I actually did pretty good with the omn went up 17 to 20 lbs still gotta do pct but I am happy with what I gained now to keep it. I am just doing research so I know where to go from now and what will get me the most size.
any help would be appriciated
