    I am just coming off my first real cycle. 10 weeks of omn 250 every other day and first 4 weeks dbol 4X a day. I am starting to plan for my next in a little but I am trying to get some Ideas, I know what I want to be my base but what to build around it is the question.

    I wanna run deca 400 but with what I am not sure yet??
    I am 5'7 151 and 23 years old. have been lifting since I was 15. I have the worst time gaining weight. Can't do it for the life of me no matter my diet. I actually did pretty good with the omn went up 17 to 20 lbs still gotta do pct but I am happy with what I gained now to keep it. I am just doing research so I know where to go from now and what will get me the most size.

    any help would be appriciated

    deca 400mg
    1-4 drol @ 50-75mg/ed
    eat big and you will gain

      brother, hate to say it, but you don't need anabolics, you need food - the most anabolic substance of all. And until you're force feeding 6-8 times a day 4-5000 kcal total and, shoving as much protein through you as you can stomach (and I'm talking real food not just a couple of shakes), I won't believe that you're a hard gainer.

      I think alot of guys think that anabolics will make them blow up, but those of us who've been there know that without food, and plenty of it, you won't gain shit on-cycle. Trust me on this.

          I eat so much that I feel like I am going to throw up everyday, and I still can't gain weight. chicken, steaks, carbs and everything else you could think of that would help put on weight but non of it works.

              I dunno, he may just be a hard gainer. He is 5'7". 151 isn't tiny for that height. The only thing about that is he said he gained 17 lbs on his last cycle.... that means he was 134 before that. Tells me he might could have gained to at leaset 150 w/o anything. I'm a hardgainer as well. When I started lifting I was 5'9" 136 lbs. skinny as could be, but changing my diet got me to 150. I hit a plateau there for the past 8 months and started an m1t/4ad cycle - a week in and I'm at 158.... diet hasn't changed (4-5k calories and 125g protein from meat - tuna/white chicken, 150g protein from ON whey.. on top of meals, likely in reality about 275g protein a day). Some ppl just need a lil help to grow.

                if you cant eat your macros, try supping b12...it has really upped my appetite since i started takeing it

                    meal 1 sausage egg and cheese bisket
                    meal 2 3 waffles and syrup
                    meal 3 2 ham and cheese sandwiches
                    meal 4 same as 3
                    meal 5 what ever is for dinner that night either chicken, spegetthi ususally.
                    Meal 6 same as 3 and 4
                    meal 7 is the same as 6 and then I ususally try to through a couple oranges in with the meals.
                    and more water then any person should drink.

                      OK i think you eat like crap, or could eat better so here is what i suggest!

                      meal 1->6 egg white with 1-2 full eggs with oatmeal
                      meal 2->skip the eggo's and grab 50g protein shake with banana
                      meal 3->skip ham cheese sand. and go with chicken and rice with vege's
                      meal 4->same as 3
                      meal 5->any type of lean meat with bake potato and vege's
                      meal 6->same as meal 2
                      meal 7->same as meal 1

                        I agree with Gearjunky - you eat like CRAP bro. Not enough real food - chicken breasts, steak, steak, steak and more steak (or well drain lean ground beef). I like GJ's meal plan, not too different than my own, except I eat more :D

                        As for GENETICS - I call Bullshit. I'm 5'8" and 8 years ago I weighed 157 lbs. Today, I'm still 5'8" and weigh 200-205 at about 9% bf (upper abs just visible). Skinny fucks in the gym now say "you musta alway's been big, huh..." FUCK YOU. I trained, ate, and learned.

                          i am the same way. i weigh 145. i can eat like nobody you have ever seen and not see ANY results at the gym. I got blasted on another forum for bringing it up. nobody believed me. they called me a liar and thus ended my correspondence with that forum. I cant come up with a proper explantion for it, you just have to believe. (lol by the way, you do eat like crap rapp!) my diet is a bit more than the one suggested by junky. (my protein intake is 1g per lb of body weight, sometimes i double it. that's around 300g protein a day!) I try man, trust me, i try. So I wouldn't totally dismiss genetics. I've been a toothpick all my life, no matter what I eat, how hard I train.....thats why i am here lookin for cycle info. I wanna do the ol' sust, deca, dbol. I wanna LEARN.

                              You can only get so big, 8 years is a long time man. I was 135 lbs a year and a half ago now i'm at 188. And yeah i ate ate ate ate, thats how i got where i am. But genetics does have alot to do with it, we can argue about it probably all day. But it all just comes down too genetics man.
