ok.. A bottle equals 1mg/1ml Long R3IGF-I in a vial ....if i mix in one ml of ba water..how do i know how much 20mcgs is?..someone said one notch on a slin pin..is that correct..thanks dirt

damn..dont everyone answer me at once...wow..i figured it out...2 notches on the slin pin is 20mcgs....than fill the restof the pin with ba waterl....
