    Hi, First off let me describe my situation, I have my diet all set. I am 25 yrs old. I weigh 145lbs(approx 10 stone i guess?) i am about 5'7" tall and have been training for many years and i am in good shape(very lean though) and i want to start seeing some major muscule gains. Any advice for my First cycle?

    i wanted to do this ol' stack-

    dbol, sust, deca. (+nolvadex for protection)

    i kinda want to keep it short (maybe 4-6 weeks) i would like input on that too- will i see any decent gains in 4-6 weeks? should i extend it? - or shorten it, but increase dosage?

    i also know about post cycle.

    do i need 1 shot HCG (Pregnyl) - pretty sure i need clomid

    i am open to any other cycle suggestions also, whatever is best for me!!!!

    you definitely need some PCT ...clomid.. and you need to runthat longer.. 8-10 weeks.. dbols the first 4 weeks.. 20-30 mgs a day

      i was going to pyramid the dbols (taper up mg's , then taper back down) but i have been getting mixed advice. some say to start at 20-25mg (or whatever dose is proper) and stay there for the whole cycle. and i have never heard of that (not tapering), maybe the pyramid is just for a more casual newbie cycle. (btw, nobody I know has ANY knowledge about gear, yet they all want to get into it! I actually knew a kid who did a cycle and didn't go to the gym!)

        Don't taper your doses...I would start out at 30mg a day of d-bol for the first week and then jump to 40mg ed for 7 more weeks...500 mg of sus a week and 4oo mg of deca a week should do you good IMO

          thanks shoulders.....i weigh 145lbs. is 500 mg of sus a week and 4oo mg of deca a week just right? sounds fine to me. thanks for the advice! how about injections, how they should be done, I had planned on taking sust 1st day then deca on the 3rd day then repeat. (alternate injections) make sense? or is there a better way?

            Sust has to be injected everday or everyother day to take advantage of the prop ester and keeps your blood levels more stable. Extend the cycle to 10-12 weeks, 4-6 weeks will not do much for you. Make sure your diet and training is 100% in check. Try to eat 300-400gs of protein everyday, and aim for 4,000+cals. Clomid and nolva for post cycle therapy, imo hcg is not needed for those doses but it cant hurt.

            It also sounds like you should do some more research before you start bro

              sust everyday ?!?! what about every 3 days ? that seems like much for sust everyday... especially since he is a newiw.. no point in blowing out his receptors first time around..

              Do some more research bro.. we are here to help, so when we say that dont take it as a flame..you need to consider your health.. itll take about 4-5 weeks for everything to be kicked in..(the injectables) thats why you go with the dbols in the beginning.. take a regulated dose... 20-30 mgs.. per day..steady.

                  Sust imo is not a beginners drug. Sust contains the ester prop, which needs to be shot every other day at least to keep the substance stable in the blood, this might also trigger side effects such as acne and whatnot if not shot eod. So its not as easy for a newbie to take that many shots a week. why not just go with a long ester test such as enanthate that can be shot 2x/wk and generally test enanthate is cheaper.

                    Hey vga35mm128, looks like you have a very similar build to me, except you probably been training longer. I would be very interested to see your measurements and what you can do on freeweight exercises so I can see what i should be aiming for.....

                      i have been researching this a LOT and this is where everything gets screwed up. How about sust with deca every 3 days? would that solve anything or just be reeeeeally bad?? i was originally told to alternate sust and deca every 3rd day.

                        you can shoot sust every 3 days, but why wouldn't you take advantage of the prop ester, its kind of like throwing away money imo. If you just want to shoot twice a week get a long ester test such as enanthate or cypionate

                            hey brother,


                            why not do a test/dbol cycle only. Thats a good choice for a first cycle. I would save the deca for the next cycle. Go with:


                            dbol: 35mgs every day for 4 weeks (jumpstart cycle)

                            test-e: 400-500mgs every week for 10 weeks.

                            And PCT after the last ijection, wait 2 weeks after last shot and do pct.

                              145lbs and gearing.... I don't believe you know how to train or eat, if that's all you are 5' 7". Yeah, it took me a long time to go from 157lbs @ 15% BF to 205 @ 9% BF (thats about a 53lb gain in lean body mass), about 8 years. And I use gear now and have since I was about 185lbs, but shit man I think you've got a ways to go before you should be juicing. I'm 35 yo and I love it when the kids in the gym think they can just poke themselves with some sauce and they're gonna gain 50lbs of LBM in a couple of cycles.... whatever.

                              Read, learn, eat, train then, only then, juice. Just my opinion, in the end you'll do whatever you'll do.
