    what kind of gear would help me improve in long distance running. I run and train hard I just cant improve that much in my speed. Any suggestions...

    EPT; erythropoietin. dangerous stuff, though. Any mountains by you? trainging at 3000 ft.+ will help you down closer to sea level. Erythro and high altitude training help increase the # of RBC's in your body, giving you endurance. Any aas also increases the # of RBC's, but different ones do it to different degrees. Anadrol is used for anemia / low RBC count. Any aas that gives a good pump increases #'s.

      oh, btw, increasing RBC's increases the Oxygen capacity of your body. And erythro can be used safely, but athletes in the past have died using it. Just have to be careful.

        Yeah, if you increase RBCs too much this will increase blood viscosity, slow blood flow and increase the risk of a clot (Virchow's triad).

          thanx for the infoI think Im just gonna keep on training harder, II'll just stick to test and keep on training. I wouldnt know how to get some erythro, unless I can get some in mexico I probably would give it a try Im gonna do some more research on it

            Equipoise can have a dramatic effect on increasing RBC count, while aiding muscle recovery to allow you to train harder. That'd be my drug of choice for endurance training. Stay the hell away from EPO...that's overkill...12 weeks of EQ will give you all the extra RBC you can safely handle.
