The south beach diet isn't slang. It's not coke. There was a book out about it a few years ago. It's a lot of metiterranean food. Greek stuff. Salads, feta cheese, essential oils.....that kind of shit. It has it's merits.

there are ways around the no stress on the knees cardio(are you sure hes not lazy?)... everything takes time the reason why most people here arent advising this dude to do as, is for safty reasons. diet is number 1 that seems to be his only problem tell him to either continue that diet or start the ckd one, then maybe 6 months down the line use some as, cytomel and clen sound good though good luck, and since your new this is a good place for info :Dthe lazy thing may sound like bashing but im just wondering, i have a freind that was in a similar state... but wouldnt come to the track to do sprints... damn o-linemen... lol

that sucks, see people look at aas and think its the easy way out... its not... alot of hard work goes into training, peopl see these freakish bodybuilders and think its easy to get there.... then they think 1 cycle should get them lookin like they should be in a magazine... when i say hard work i mean i havent touched a cycle and ive been contemplating weither or not to do it now, i have cyp/tren/win/dbol/ and im not so surei want to do it... im allready good at dieting and staying consistant with everything but i dont want others to think i took the easy way out... and when people make comments right now i just laugh at them ..as much as your trying to help him hes gota try to find it within himself bro good luck and thanks for being a good freind to this guy, like i said before my buddy was in the same boat, and i got him in the gym for 1 month, i mean not even dieting and he went from 40 lb dumbells to 90's for military press and then he was like acting like he was a mag body becuase people kept hypin him up and trying to keep him motivated but he just thaught he didnt need to train anymore, lol good luck

i dont see why so many of you say that gear is NOT advised for him. He works out, and he has a pretty rigourus job. It's not like he sits around all day. clen and cytomel are often prescribed by doctors, arent they? So why no use em to enhance himself. I agree with the fact that he must do a fair amount of cardio, but seriously, that isn't gonna be the main topic of every post, is it? I guess there are 2 types of people posting on this thread.............the ones who "play it straight" and believe that healthy foods and cardio are the answers. ( These are the people concerned about health more than appearance, cannot blame them, they will live forever)...Then, Secondly, we have maybe 1 person (besides me) who suggested to go for it as long as his diet is straight. So, please enough about the cardio, i get the pictute. Fat kids need to run. Yea. Fat kids shouldn't eat doughnuts and Big Macs. I know. This thread was about gear/cycle suggestions for overweight people. Just wanted to see if maybe we could get back to the subject. (Still feel free to post alternative methods) but I think we all know that Fat Kids gotta run a bunch and eat right..........maybe i will just mess with him and tell him to eat 6 whoppers a day and remain in a stationary position(preferably lying down)for the main part of his day. "I swear dude!, It's the newest diet!" anyways .......more more more anabolic discussion needed here.

from what i hear from you is that he doesnt have the motivation i think you called it ? you gota get him motivated? well if he doesnt have that, then why is he crying anabolics? you need dedication to get the body you want, im just saying that if hes not willing or lacks in dedication aas might just not help ... thats all and if he wants to go for it, but dont blame us if he adds 5-10 % bodyfat... diet is and always will be number 1...

Phenom's last response to you was very appropriate.

ANABOLICS IS NOT USED FOR LOSING FAT. This is true for women and for MEN.

Your friend (and you) is not looking at anabolics for it's main purpose. To build muscle - period. That is what anabolics do. If your diet is not correct, if your cardio is not correct, no matter what amount of anabolics you do or dream of doing, that fat will not come off. What's the point of adding 5lbs of lean muscle when that comes with 20lbs of fat? What's the point of wasting a good amount of cash on illegal gear when all he has to do is to take the time and put some dedication to diet?

I'm beating a dead horse here and will until you and your friend get the point - the reason you're not getting cycle advice for your friend is because he IS NOT READY.

And to be completely honest, it sounds like you (at 5'7", 145lbs) aren't ready yet either.

To begin with any AAS, one should have already reached a natural plateau. You should already have your diet and training down pat. And by diet, I don't mean limiting your intake, but understanding what nutrients do for you and your body.

Otherwise, whatever artificial gains you see, will basically disappear.

If you want anabolic advice for your friend, I welcome you to leave. No vet on this board will tell you that he is ready for gear nor will they tell you that any gear will help.

If he does do gear, tell him to stay away from Deca. Personally, I think he should run only test with arimidex. Make sure he is on arimidex b/c more fat = more aromatase enzymes. ALso put him on some T3 and clen. THere are some good articles on running T3 and clen on this board, just look around.
