Vitamin b12 shot.. How many times ?

Ok..
I got my b12 today... one bottle was shattered do to poor packaging tho im sure that will be handled properly from lion. How many times a week do I take a b12 shot ? 1 time should be sufficient right ? Thanks bros..

Also.. im taking sust for 5 weeks followed by enat for 5 weeks.. i was planning on taking my sus shot 2 timesa week every 3-4 days.. some people have posted eod with the sus. I'd like to hear opinions on that.. pros..cons.. i know there is 2 fast esters in it..but are they really gone in 3 days ? or does the blood supply lessen ?

the sust really should be shot EOD to benefit from the fast esters in it

Im pretty sure B 12 is meant to be shot everyday.

thanks all ...i did search tho the sus question has a million different answers to it... everyones different i gathered.. i guess ill do it every 3rd day for now, first time taking it anyways. and i'll just shoot the b12 with that and my primo. on injection days and 1 other time alone ..

b-12 is recomended to be shot evry week, or eo week. That is for the average person. We are trying to grow! And to get the benifits we need as bodybuilders, it needs to be shot at 1000mcg every day. some even go 2000mcg.
