  • better for bulking???

    of these 2 combos which would be better for bulking

    1 gram of test prop a week

    or

    600mg test prop a week with 30mgs d-bol ed

    both at 8 week cycles??? if i could handle the 8 weeks of 30mgs ed???

    I would only recommend doing the dbol for 3-4 weeks. Its basically just a starter until the test really kicks in. Its hard on your liver. Make sure your taking milk thistle as well to help detox your liver. 600mgs/week of the prop sounds pretty reasonable. You should see some nice gains. I'm pretty knew @ this myself though, get some more feedback.

      definetly DO NOT run dbol more than 6 weeks. Also imo you should extend the cycle to 10-12 weeks. Heres what i would do

      wk1-12 test prop 600mg/wk (600 is plenty if its your first cycle, and as you probably know prop needs to be shot every other day)

      wk1-4 dbol 30-40mg/ed

      make sure you have ALA/milk thistle for your liver

      also to get more accurate feedback i would include your stats, cycle experience, training experience etc...

        prop 150mg EOD 8 weeks
        dbol 35mg a day 5 weeks
        thats the way i'd run those 2 in a bulking cycle

            ummm ok maybe u guys missed the point it was either a one or the other type thing :) not a critique thread by any means
            but in all seriousness no this isnt my cycle im just curious for future endeavors...
            the idea is more better or is synergistic better

              Synergistic any day of the week. I would rather run 20mg of dbol with 350mg of prop then 700mg week prop. But test is a bad example to use here as it is one of the few roids that can be used effectively on its own. And almost anything you add is going to work good with it. Fina and winny is a good example. or dbol and fina. The first will cut you up like nothing else and the last will bulk you up fast. Ether combo is far suporior to the any of the drugs alone (I do like fina alone too).

                test and dbol is better than just test, but the dbol should only be run for the first 4 weeks for safety reasons.

                  Test prop starts to work fast in a couple days. I would personaly scrap the d-bol and add something like nandro phynylprop to it and shoot 100 mg of that eod with the prop. Also run the cycle 12 weeks. But if you already have the d-bol use it thats what I did for my first cycle and it worked ok.I am not an expert but just giving you things from my personal experiences.

                    Man, this is tough to decide. Everyone has got some good points on this and that.

                    Is this your first cycle???

                    I do agree any test is better when its stacked. It 's like meat and potatoes, gotta have one to compliment the other. I would run the Prop 100mg EOD and the Dbol like you got it. THe Test is fast though like it was mentioned above. The Dbol could kick in in about 10days or so. It depends on your body. Its up to you, but understand that everyone is gonna have a different angle, and some are more logical and sound than others.

                      there is no cycle that is better than the other. it all depends how you respond. i wouldn't recommend prop for a first cycle. the pain scares away many. low doses to start with proper diet, training and rest will get the job done. i see some respectable bros here that can get you on the right track.

                        ive done 13 cycles i was just trying to understand y some people decide that a gram of this is better than stacking 2 smaller amounts of this... just a trend I see, what brought this up was a search I did on the word "gram" and I found so many threads where guys did 1 gram of this or 2 grams of that... it kinda shocked me cus in all my chem, organic chem and bio chem studies we were always told of the synergistic effort being the way to envoke large amounts of change....

                        sorry if the thread was misunderstood, but sometimes u gotta play stupid to get simple answers, :)

                          Again test is a bad example. it is the one roid that people CAN run that much with. I am not trying to knock anyone here but Test is not the wonder drug of BB. There are other things stronger and more effective. Test is convenent and safe however. And you can keep adding to it without killing yourself. That is why so many of the big BBers using it. you can actually run 2 grams of test a week safer (I am not saying safe here, 2grams would make me sick) then you could a-bombs. While most of use perfer to run fina and the like with test that limets the amount we can take. (most of us are sane) So if your desperate, in comp, or just dumb then test make the most sence to take if you have to take such large amounts. And from what I understand taking 2gram of test is like magic, you blow up. With your liver and other parts still funtioning. I for one though am not going to try it.

                            it has a 3 1/2 day half life and thats how i run it-- 600 mgs per week

                            but then again maybe thats why i am so small;)
