  • Gear to be used for recovery

Just got the shoulder "scoped" 4 days ago. QUESTION - I have extra tren, would it beifit me to use 50 mg ed while getting back to normal. I am not talking about heavy lifting, just light weight high reps (P/T type of work out) for about 6-8 weeks.

    if not, any other AS?

I swear I just answered this on another board.

I think tren would be a bad choice. You should avoid drugs that are going to give you a dramatic increase in strength, as you might get carried away too far too soon in the gym while rehabbing. I'd go with a mild anabolic to help speed up the healing of the soft tissues around the joint, if anything. Deca might be a good choice because of the 'joint effect' it has.

Deca and EQ for joints. works great. I agree that fina would be a bad choice.

yea... i suggest going through the P/T work out on its own...it benefited me greatly... also helped warm up my joints and tendons.. Im coming back from shoulder and elbow injuries ..

then switch to something if thats what you have you mind set on.. might as well do it right..

I plan on going the whole p/t route. I just want modern meds to give me a boost. I do not plan on Bulking heavy for 2-3 months...

Modern medicines or AAS? I know you said AS in the beginning and then you said Modern Medicines. ;)

There are quite a few things OTC that you can get. Glucosamine/Chondroitin actually works quite well. GNC has a great one too!

Also, use moist heat at night before bed. A heat pack with a moist towel around it for example. That aids in the healing process a lot!

GNC also makes something called Mega Joint. Very nice and again has Glucosamine and chondroitin.

Fish Oil is another good source and most health stores sell a fish oil supplement.

Good luck Bro and I hope all goes well.

                  Cheers!

P.S. - I know I tend to "plug" GNC quite a bit and just want people to know that I do not work there nor own one. I just like that store. I have NEVER been dissapointed with any of their products and if you do some research - you see that they spend SILLY amounts of money on research and clinical studies/trials. Longer than the FDA does. :)
