www.getswole.com has a database list of known scammers. Good info and I'm assuming it's reliable.

The dude is in Costa Rica and uses a hotel as an address. I would say absolutely NOT!

I think that was once one of the sponsors over at Meso. Meso is shady so I imagine that is too.
