    have a question about staying on all the time. im a powerlifter btw. so my goals are a tad bit different than a bodybuilders.

    i was thinking abou staying on a low dose of test and deca in the off season. like 300mg cyp and 200mg deca to aid in recovery and to keep from getting to beat up with the heavy weights we handle week in and week out.

    then when im 12 weeks out i will jump my test back up to about 1000mg of enanthate and add tren in there too. but i though ti would stop the deca at 10 weeks out from the meet and start EQ at 12 weeks out from meets. so i dont have deca and tren running at the same time.

    You know, deca will lubricate and protect your joints in the off season, but I would not stay on it for extended periods of time bc it is very suppressive of your hpta and it does so from several angles.

    If you stay on deca and test, up your test to 400-500mg, so that you still have a sex drive (if that's important).

    Take 500iu of hcg sat/sun throughout your off season. It will keep your gonads in a somewhat functional state.

    I personally would alternate your off season/competition cycles this way;

    Off: 500mg Test/ 200mg deca On: Test/tren/eq with or w/o Var
    Off: 500mg Test/200mg EQ On: Test/halo (4wks)/deca/Var

        only thing i wonder is if your going to year round it why take yourself to such a low dose for the off season..300mg cyp 200 mg deca will still shut ya down, just like a gram of test and 500mg of deca will....

        i guess what im sayin is if your gonna be on and have hpta supression you might as well go full tilt
