well i just got home from the hospital a couple hours ago, i just wanted to let everyone know that so far everything is going really well, i don't have any pain as of yet just some slight discomfort, as far as exercise i can't do anything at all for about 10 days, he said not to lift anything over 5lbs so i can't even lift a gallon of water, lol... its been over a year since i took a week off from the weights so i'm going to use the time to rest up and get ready for training again once the stitches come out and i'm ready to go... well i just wanted to let yall know that i had it done today and so far it's going well.....

if you don't mind me asking how much does a surgery like this cost? -
well i wont know the total til i get billed for everything but i had the other side done about 4 years ago and it costs around $3,000 so i would say the total will again be somewhere in that areaComment

a little over 2 days since i had it done, the swelling is starting to go down, not much pain at all, just really sore...Comment
