      I know IGF is fairly a new hype, but for those who have used both IGF and GH which do you prefer?

        Took shot about 10 hours ago and im feeling a little more hungry then usuall. I eat at the same times every day so it seems like the igf-1 is causing this.

            well its almost 12 hours after shot and im sitting here sweating like a pig. im going to go have a protein shake and go to bed.

              Day 2

              Took all 50 mcg at 8am this morning. I dont really notice any tiredness like others have said. Went to the gym at 11:30. Had a good work out but I always have a good workout. One thing I did notice was that I was sweating more then usuall. I seem to be having more of a thermogenic effect from this then anything so far. Havent been any more hungry today then usuall but im sure that will change.

                Do you rest on weekends ? I start to feel a great pump coming on in the gym on day 3 or 4.

                    I know Choke said this already, but up the protein if you haven't already. Around day four it hits me with intense pumps. If your noticing an increase in hunger already, I'd say it's a great sign......

                      Havent noticed anything today. Not training today so I cant really tell. Not feeling any more hungry then usuall.

                        Took off from the gym today also so I havent been able to see if there is a difference in pumps, intensity etc. Not really feeling any more hungry the usuall.

                          keep it coming bouncer--

                          i got very hot and flushed at times-- i did sweat alot-- felt and looked fuller and loved the pumps

                          are you doing once or twice aday bro--

                          i started doing it once then switched to twice aday and noticed more effects when doing it twice aday-

                          i am starting gh monday running that on my down time of igf1 then running the igf1 again--

                          this time doing it pre and post workout to see what happens
                          --about 1 to 2 hours before then again right after--

                            Day 5

                            Trained Chest today and I must say that I felt a little fuller and more intence today then usuall. This could be the IGF but it might not be. I will have to see how I feel for the rest of the week to be sure. Not feeling the tiredness that everyone talks about but then again tylenol pm hardly makes me tired. The shots are some painful shit though, shooting in delts and calfs and they are sore.

                              Im shooting once a day bro. The dosage is so small I feel Im waisting it in the pin if I shoot twice.
