  • I,ve stopped growing...Help!

    I am on my 8 week of a test 400 only cycle, and for the last 2 weeks I haven't gained anything. I put on roughly 25 lbs through week 6, and my strength went up. For the last 2 weeks I have stayed the same. I eat between 3500-4000 calories a day, and constantly mix up my workouts. What else can I do?

    I have 2 1/2 weeks left and would like to keep growing.

    How are your pants fitting? Any chance that you're losing fat and gaining muscle at the same rate, thus no net increase in weight?

      Hitman is right, you may be leaning out abit.. Happened to me during my run, so it's not uncommon.. ;)

        and on the bright side 25 lb is pretty good in its ownright. even if you only keep half of it.

          25lbs is alot of weight, the more weight you gain the more you gotta eat to keep gaining

            25 lbs. is huge, and what your experiencing is fairly common, body can't grow like jack in the beanstalk, j/k

            obviously you did everything right, you should be proud of yourself

            do a good pct, and plan out next one

                well come to think of it my pants were getting tighter, and now they seem to fit like before. I am happy with 25 pounds but I was wanting to be the beanstalk lol.
                My PCT I have nolva on hand for 40mg for the first week and 20 mg for the 2nd.
                I was planning on taking 8-10 weeks off and starting back with test 400 and Deca 300 for 10 weeks. What do you guys think?

                  picture it this way. number one all the weight you have been putting on is not muscle. it is physically impossible for your body to achieve that. so you shouldn't be worried about not putting weight on because most of it is not muscle weight. just picture all the weight as ground beef sitting on your table, that is a whole lot of meat. Just be happy with your progress and make sure you aren't getting fat.
