Does it really make that much of a difference???

Splitting your test up in two doses twice a week? My last cycle I shot on mon. and thurs. My first cycle I just did one amp of sus 250 per week. I am planning another test cycle and throwing in some oral winny. It dont bother me to shoot twice a week but I just wondered if it made that much of a difference.

I dont really follow that plan. I shoot every 5 days. Do whats best for you. It dosent make a big difference.

how often you shoot your test depends on what ester you're using...
