  • Benifits of bing on year round

    What is the difference of bing on year round as to doing a 10week-20 week cycle. I was thinking of using a dose of 500mgs a week for more than 12 weeks. As in benifits, I mean gaining more than expected, maybe gaining more than one gains in a 10 week cycle. I dont know yet whether to if jumpstart it with either dbol or prop. Im just brainstorming and planning a new cycle. I wanna know whats good and not. The most ive been on was 10 weeks.

    My diet is all there, as so is the training. I train 4 days on , 3 off. Ive read on how 10 weeks of test ain going to do much, yea maybe gain some but not as much. Im currently at 215-220 varying on how im eating.

    thanx bro, good adivce is what i wanted to hear, dont want to mess myself up. Done 3 cycles so far, back since i was 18 , now im 22. If not I'll just stick to a 12 weeker or something:)

      Man I do max 2 cycles a year. 10 weeks has been the longest. This one coming up next week will be about 12. The great thing about it is, I can get the same effects off the same thing. Since I don't do it often. Just my $.02

        what if you take a break from heavy doses every 10-12 weeks for a while. and stay on a hrt like dose of test, like 200-300mg a week.

          ive done 3 cycles, the first being a soste cycle. The other 2 ones i used test and dbol, but just increasing the dose. I wanted to do another one like this but i get bloated as hell with the dbol, even worst at 50mgs a day for 4 weeks. Since im off gear for about a year this summer. I was thinking of a moderate dose 500mgs. Diets good, lots of chicken and tunas, yum yum.

          I still feel thin, im 5'11'' 215. Not quite happy yet till i see in the mirror that i look thick. I got good size and all but not quite the way i wanted it to be.

            Word of advice, you will never feel thick to yourself. I have guys tell me I have a huge chest (espeacially after a chest work out) and girls tell me I have bigger boobs than them. But I don't ever see it. At some point you have to trust what others tell you. You havn't heard it more than once for no reason.

              i know what u mean brother. My girls always saying how big my back is, im like yeah right. Little kids saying that i got boobs, even more when i flex them.

                That's a bridge, better to run gh or slin or igf-1 lr3 instead.. Bridging was thought to help you maintain weight while trying to restart your natty test, but even 100mg test will shut down your system..

                  Bro, if dbol bloats you try this (I love it, using EQ as well though)

                  50mg Dbol ED except Sunday weeks 1 to 6
                  100mg prop ED except Sunday weeks 1 to 6
                  Proviron 50mg ed + 10mg nolvadex.
                  PCT.

                  I had no bloat doing the above but if your really, really prone and the proviron is not strong enough the use ldex .25 to 1mg ed as needed. but I doubt it. You can also use the test of choice but I like the prop. The sunday thing is just a chance not to have to stick myself. JMO

                  BTW, when I run fina I use the above but cut the prop back to 75mg ed and 50mg fina ed. Also you can use it with the 4 on 2 off biz witch is what I am doing now.

                      Test is one of the safest substances you can put in your body.. I run low dose test constantly and add other substances or bump the test up for weeks at a time. Never come completely off and neither do a lot of people using doggcrapp training . I believe DC advises no more than 750mg for 8 weeks and then cruise at 250mg for two weeks and back up..I may be wrong because I am saying this from memory. The more substances you add, the more you increase chances of problems. My next "bump up" will be test at 250, nandrolone phenylprop at 100, and dbol at 20mg for two weeks , then winstrol for two weeks @ 25mg and repeat for the 8 weeks., then back to 250mg test only for 4 weeks before trying something else.

                      I believe BDTR, a mod on some boards cruises at 750mg test and cycles at 2 grams or better with other substances. It is individual but I cannot take tren or anadrol as they just don't agree with my system.

                      I just read an article concerning a woman bodybuilder dying from injecting insulin. I know this is popular protocol but this is evidently not uncommon as she went into a coma and never recovered and finally died after two years. I have never heard of a single death attributable to testosterone, and indeed have read many articles showing its health benefits in older men, reduction of heart disease, increased brain function, etc. Insulin and HGH are often recommended between cycles but both have their drawbacks and many have stated that pros are not doing insulin now because of fat deposition and , of course, HGH has many drawbacks such as carpal tunnel and bone growth anomalies..Food is the greatest necessity for growth (not protein shakes but real food) and learning to eat lots is the best way to grow. Years ago Bruce Randall went from 185 to 410 and back down to 223 to win Mr Universe by altering his diet. When he wanted to gain he added food each meal..maybe a tablespoon but always increasing calories. Inversely to cut down he did the opposit, slowly cutting back on calories.

                        in my other posts I have said that I have been on for the past two years or so with a few minor breaks. My doses have ranged from high to low. over all my body composition change has been the most dramatic. and these changes are very noticeable. I would not recommend it unless you have the funds to take care of yourself because it is a lot of maintenance for your body. I decided to take an extended break (if I can hold out, LOL) because i have been noticing that I have been getting sick more often and I want to see if there is a correlation between going off and seeing if I get healthier. we will see but I would not recommend all year round unless you like expirementing or are going to compete. do a 20 week cycle instead and see how you like it.

                          ive been getting sick more often too. The last cycle i finished i got sick alot after wards. Currently im getting a damn cold :( . If not a 20 weeker sounds good.

                            I'm on a long one right now. WIll be over 20 weeks. and then I will stop in July or August and stay off for 5-6 months for recovery. I've done all fairly short cycles before like 8-14 weeks. I feel my body feels like a rollercoaster after coming off in 10 weeks. why? my body starts really growing and liking the weight and gains I put on around 8 or 10 weeks. I hate coming off because I feel the best then and I myself start seeing real gains. this is my first time i will stay very long and will run GH with everything. PCT will consist of HCG/clomid/nolvadex. I'm loving the cycle right now and just started to coast with 400mg of test until the prop/fina i take.
