it's going to be alot but i'd appreciate any and all advice you guys can give to me
weeks 1-28: HGH @ 4ius ED
weeks 1-4: d-bol @ 25mg ED
weeks 1-12: test E @ 600mg/week
weeks 1-3, 7-9, 13-15, 19-21, 25-27: insulin @ 10ius postworkout only
-i did the insulin in 3 week cycles, 3 on 3 off
-i don't want to run the test all the way through as i do not want to be on for all 7 months
-would HGH taken at 2ius upon waking and 2ius pre-workout be a good way to take it?
-for my post workout shake, i planned on taking 50g dextrose, 50g maltodextrin, and 50g protein to prevent hypoglycemia. is that too many simple carbs and not enough complex? i could also do something like 50g dextrose, 50g oats, 50g protein
-for my first meal after my pw shake, 2 hours afterwards, am i supposed to be eating all simple carbs again, or a combination like the dextrose and oats shake??
-where do you guys prefer to inject your insulin?? if i'm using my abdomen area for my GH injections, should i use another area for the slin?
-one question on sub-q injections, i've done them before, but i've always just pinched a piece of fat and then injected into the piece of fat i was holding onto. then i read that you pinch a piece of fat, and inject into the pocket beneath it?? can someone clear that up for me?
-my goal with this cycle is to put on a good 15 pounds of solid muscle while leaning up alot. i am not going for an all out mass builder.
