  • Test only cycle week 8...

    Boy oh boy have I been slack this week... diet went out the window on Wednesday and have only just got it back in line this wednesday... had school holidays which completely screwed up my whole routine and went away for most of last week... so all in all not a great week at all... lost just over two kilos too... down to 114.3 now... on the plus side I am leaner and can still lift the same so I am happy with that... mrs planned a suprise trip to Russia and I was NOT going to try to get any white powdery substance through their customs... so no protein powder... couldnt use a gym their as we were only there for a few days and so were running around doing all the sight seeing we could cram in but did love their food though... mmmmm seconds (and thirds and fourths...) but only managed 3 meals a day... GP has been a naughty boy... :blockhead .. but still the trip was awesome... trained today with a mate who hasnt seen me since the end of last year and he was gobsmacked with my gains... couldnt believe it... damn near blushed like a school girl... made my day... well the week really.. well up for some serious training now though...

              wow... when i got on vacation i find BIG pieces of rocks or Heavy blocks and do Dumbell like exercies... Im too dedicated to Let me Diet fly out the window... I just feel guilty

                Stonecold... 10 weeks so this one and next week to go... if its going well I may extend it a few weeks... but will have to see... also looking at changing my training program too...

                  A little time off is good sometimes. I always come back with a fire under my ass.. When I finally get back into the gym I just start wreckin shit.
