Insulin and creatine

Just wondering how many of you guys use creatine with your insulin. I have been doing 10 ius post workout now and have been leaving the creatine out . Just wonfering what everyone else is doing .

i usaually dont take creatine, ive tried it during one of my slin stints and didnt really notice a difference

well with the ablitly of insulin to shuttle nutrients into the cells of your body I would think that using some creatine would work well with it. You might be able to squeeze some extra creatine in there along with everything else but I wouldn't expect tremendous results, maybe just a small change.
