i purchased a 4g kit and i got it in record time...customer service is number one!!
BUT... #1 : i lost about 5ccs of liquid gold because the cheap-ass plastic container had a slight crack in the bottom!!
#2: the same cheap-ass plastic container has a neck that is to small for the included 10cc barrel to pass through,which makes the 10cc barrel useless.
#3 both filters .2 & .45 clogged after about 6-10cc's .. yes i pre-filtered and warmed the oil
my suggestion: use glass test tubes, include a 5cc barrel, and use whatman filters...i am sure i am not the only one who has had these problems. your kits are more expensive but the quality is not that good ...charge more for shipping or raise the price of the kits, if the quality is as good as the service you can not go wrong!!
