wait... but you have always been this way ? sine iwas a kid i had nipples that look fine when hard but are a lil puffy.. never had a problem on cycle or off.. do they hurt at all ? sounds like just a lil fat man.. but since u were on the Deca I would make sure of that...

no they dont hurt at all. This has happened since i started to bulk up.
