    Hey everyone, im still in highschool and play football. I am currently 5 10, 188 and need to be up to about 205 in about a month or two. I want to take a phoramone like andro but im not sure what i should take to pack on size fast. Any suggestions?

    you`ll get there soon as for andro `s dont waste your money
    i would just eat eat eat eat and be realistic you cant gain 20 lbs in a month or 2

      Your gonna confuse him.

      But your goal is not realistic unfortunatly unless your just looking for total weight and not lean body mass. If your wanting it in LBM (which you should) it's gonna take time and alot of hard work. Definately increase your food intake, but do it in a clean manner, not with junk food.

          17 pounds in a month or two, at your size, would probably do more harm than good. I'm certainly NOT going to recommend juice to you given your age, but for argument's sake let's pretend you did do a cycle to gain that weight, you'd have to put on way too much water/fat for someone likely to be playing a postition requiring speed and dexterity (assuming you're not an offensive lineman given the 205 goal weight) in such a short frame of time (that's right, even with juice!). You're better off increasing your caloric intake by 1000 cals a day and trying to add a couple of extra pounds of muscle, while doing plenty of plyometrics and footwork drills. From my experience in football, jobs are earned by performing well at try-outs, not on the scale. Don't worry so much about your weight...concentrate on your overall conditioning.

            i would suggest to forget about all OTC andro-stuff and get yourself a good protein shake multiple times per day in addition to your regular diet and workout routine. as for the shake, don't focus on calories soo much, but rather the low sugars and high protein. and most importantly, find one that TASTES good or you won't stick with it unless you're really disciplined. good luck!

              And the pro hormones as well. By and large they give you the same sides as real gear with less benefits. Andro is just going to give you the some same sides as test (and some new ones) like growth plates closing early and the like. Are you really willing to trade some height and width for some weight right now?

                At your age & current weight etc. I dont think it would be impossible to be up to at least 195-200 by next football season....considering you pretty much dedicate your whole summer to gaining that weight you can accomplish it with the classic football bulker diet (eat pretty much everything in sight) and especially steaks and protein shakes. And as far as andros go I agree with what everybody else is saying, the sides are more than the gains if any, but I guess if you already have your mind made up none of us can really change that just be aware of what they can do is all. Good luck & keep focused if you really want that weight or not

                  Eat, eat and eat. Oh, and don't forget to drink. A lot of people forget that sources like juice and milk have great calories and can add to your caloritic intake quite easily. Although water is very important, juice and milk are made up of mostly water. :)

                    dude your young EAT AND TRAIN! im 20 but when i was 17 i went from 185- 220 in 4 months for football eat and train and thinks protein=prime importance, prohormoan= fuckin with your natural testosterone levels at a young age :D! keep it safe bro
