I'm 5 days into a new cycle and my appitite seems to be slowing right down, this usualy doesn't happen untill the 4th or 5th week for me. I really wana put on some size so i've been eating like i've never ate before and have been using B12 for the first time ever @ 1000mcg/day. my diet is clean and so far have put on 10lbs but I don't want it to slow down allready.
Any suggestions???????
