    WHAT'S UP EVERYONE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME POSTING ON THE SITE . NEED SOME HELP WITH MY FIRST CYCLE .I'M THINKING OF TAKING WINSTROL, DECA, AND CLENBUTROL FOR 8 WEEKS ,HOW SAFE IS THIS CYCLE AND HOW SHOULD I DO IT , I'VE READ THAT WINSTROL AND DECA ARE SAFE BUT THAT CLENBUTROL IS ROUGH ON THE HEART IS THIS TRUE. AT THE END OF THIS CYCLE SHOULD I USE CLOMID. TO HELP KEEP THE GAINS . THANKS

      no matter what your goals, i can at least say you SHOULD NOT run the clen for 8 straight weeks. for more help, you should post your history and goals and then you'll get a lot of feedback.

        MY GOAL IS TO LOSE SOME OF OR ALL MY FAT AROUND MY STOMACH AND LOVE HANDLES, THAT IS WHERE ALL MY FAT IS .AND GAIN SOME SIZE IN THE PROCESS. MY STATS ARE I'M 32 YRS. OLD, 6' 3" 260 LBS. , 18 1/2 " ARMS . I TRAIN 5 DAYS A WEEK W/ CARDIO 3/4 X A WEEK

          Hey bro. A good starter cycle for you to lean out is
          500mg/wk test wks 1-12
          300mg/wk equipoise wks 1-12
          35-50mg ed of Winstrol wks 6-12
          80-120mcgs clen 2 wks on 1wk off throughout the cycle.
          I like that you're doing your cardio, but remember your diet has to be really clean and you need to be drinking 1-2 gallons of water everyday.

                you have the potential to "bloat" a little/a lot with any cycle. with said cycle above, you should not bloat much at all. test i agree is the good foundation of the stack. EQ & Winny should not bloat you if that's what you were thinking. Deca/Dbol/etc... on the other hand, you will see bloating. also, depending on if this is your first cycle or not, you could even lower your test amount to around 400mg/wk... but everything else ugetsum posted, looks fine. as for the clen, i'd run 2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off... post cycle. i personally try not to put the body into too much shock trying to do too many things all at once. i'd say first build the foundation and then "tweek" it up after.

                  also, note that the posted cycle is for 12 weeks... which is better IMO. 8 weeks isn't enough for everything to take effect and to utilize it's full potential. so i'd say go for 10-12 weeks at least.
