there is a difference between wanting to train him and wanting to give him drugs. if you want to train him then train him. leave the drugs to the doctors as I am assuming that he has some sort of ailment.

big brothers taking advantage of little brothers, hehehehehehe. Nah bro, my best bet is just have him eat right and train, no drugs needed, only the ones the doc is giving him.:)

I think the doc needs to add a bit more than GH, testosterone is the building block for any male. Humatrope is a very good brand of GH, but it doesnt come enough per bottle for ur borther to really hit it hard, and 1 shot per day, could be as lil as 1iu, or the whole bottle being generally 15iu

i understand. he takes 5iu a day.. he gets monthly supply, and will be getting it for the next year. for free. but anyways.. my brother has had cancer for 5 years so doc gave him gh so he could catch up to average kids growth. he read up on it on the net, and he asked me if people use the gh to get bigger. and i told him yes. am i wrong? your saying the gh would be no help ? the reason im asking is because i wanted him to get a little bit bigger over the 3 month summer break , so he can go back to school alittle bigger and feel good. plus he wants to work out himself..

you need to teach your brother the basics of the fitness lifestyle. how to eat properly and how to train properly.

GH is administered to children during puberty (or pre-puberty) for very different reasons than bodybuilders. the main influence on them is that it will aid his growth - overall.

don't bother trying to get him big. if he's recovering - get him healthy.

good health is the basis of anything.

teach how the benefits of eating right and training right. that's all he'll need now.

Let's make assumption doctor is right and knows what he is doing, thus your brothers test is probably okay, his gh is probably low, thus the FIRST thing to try, is up the GH which he is doing.

And 5 iu's a day kind of tells us his gh must really be suppressed, possibly cancer had effect on endocrine system and pituitary.

Either way, Sana is right, have him lift and eat and rest, and he needs to eat correctly and lift correctly.

That's all the magic their is, at his age over 3 months if he is dedicated and consistent, considering he does not have anyother nutritional or muscular problems, 15-20 lbs is not unrealistic.

Bench presses, squats, all compound heavy movements and lot's of food.

                  good luck
