    Hey Bros,

    I have pyrimided my g/f up to 100mcgs of clen for the remainder of her 2 week cycle. She still has no noticeable sides amd no increase in body temp. She'll be at 100 mcgs for the next 7 days. Should she start to notice some differences soon? I don't want to give her more than 100mcgs a day. She is on the Lion Liquid Clen. Rated at 200mcgs/ml.

    I probally would not take her over 100mcgs, 125mcgs is as high as I have ever done and I'm a 6'1 230lb guy. You are gonna tapper her all the way back down....right? My girl has a tough rebound effect when she comes off a clen cycle, so tell her to keep her diet and cardio up when she comes off.

        She's is not a great pill popper. She weighs 109 and is about 5'6"
        This is the first time she has ever taken anything. She can barely swollow advill when she needs to.

          why is she on clen at 109lbs? is she even working out?

            She's trying to lose some weight in the trouble areas(thighs,abs) She w/o 2 days a week at the same gym I go to. I'm trying to get her to do more cardio, but we'll see. We're getting married in Sept and she wants to look good in the wedding dress and at Hawaii. I told her she does already but--well you know women.

              i think at 109 and 5'6", you shouldn't have her doing more cardio. you should start her on a healthy eating program and add in strength training. i'm guessing she barely eats anything and has almost no muscle.

              if she eats right and adds some lean lb's on, she'll look better than continuing to waste away by burning both muscle and fat by using clen.

                and by the way, no matter how much weight she loses, if she has no muscle underneath the fat, she still won't look "tone".

                  First off this comment is not a flame. But only working out 2 days a week and looking for results is just a joke and waste of time. It's a start but get her motivated to add it in as part of her daily lifestyle.

                    Alright, I'm going to have to step in here. She's 5'6" ,109lbs, works out 2 days a week, and has problem areas? WTF??? SHE SHOULD NOT BE TAKING ANYTHING FOR WEIGHT LOSS!!! Let alone do more cardio!! Cardio and Clen at that weight and height are the LAST THINGS she needs right now. I a 5'4" 147lbs @ 12.5% BF, and I TAKE 100mcgs/ day....AND I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR QUITE SOMETIME. HER BODY IS NOT READY FOR THIS!!!!

                    Let's get to the more apparent problem. SHE'S NOT EATING ENOUGH. Have you ever had her write a journal of everything she eats during the day? I will bet she's not even eating 1000 calories. How many meals is she eating? What does her diet consist of?

                    What you are running the risk of here, is burning muscle. While Clen does have some catabolic proerties, the amount of cardio she is doing, and I'm guessing the limited amount of calories, is putting at her at a negative calorie deficit. How thin can she want to get? She needs to get on a structured diet, plain and simple. There is absolutely no magic pill to getting rid of the "trouble spots". Believe me, if there were, I'd only be on my current contest diet for 4 weeks instead of 12

                    The tried and true method is this: Diet, Diet, Diet. 90% of this game is DIET. And it's not goping to happen in 2 weeks, and probably not in 2 months. People have got to understand these drugs are not to be entered into with the expectations that you and many others have. AAS is used to SUPPLEMENT muscle enhancement and growth overall. Fat loss is something YOU WORK HARD FOR.

                    The only solution for her to ger the "toned look" is 1) work out with weights 3-5 times a week for 45 minutes, and 2) EAT, EAT, EAT. Diet is the only thing that will help her attain the toned, firm, look. That's it.

                        please be careful that clan is very strong...I know alot of guys are shaking with 1 squirt = 20mcg......you gotta have the diet down too.

                          i have nothing positive to say about how you're treating your girlfriend, fiancee, wahtever... yes, i'm flaming cause it pisses me off that you're letting her do this to herself... you did give her the clen right - big freakin' mistake on your part. both of you two need to educate yourself on what truly is healthy and stop paying soo much attention to those glamour model waifs!!! 5'6" & 109 pounds - jesus, i bet she has ZERO muscle tone. i cannot imagine what problem areas she could have... post a picture, cause i want to see what a 5'6" girl weighing in at 109 with problem areas looks like.

                            Sana, she doesn't eat breakfast because it makes her sick to her stomache, she has very reasonable lunches at work(chicken/rice,sometimes she;ll get a ham and cheese sandwich-plain) Dinners, she'll eat at home w/family or w/me. They are an italian family, and haer mom knows how to put on a good meal. I f she eats w/me it's normally steakor chicken,rice, and vegetable. Since she has gon on the Clen she has added 3lbs of lean muscle--I see most of it in her upper back. All in all she has been training for about 3 yrs at the gym(mostly personal trainers, now I'm training her)

                            Shibby---She strength trains 2 days a week and does cardio 1 day a week at the same gym I go to.

                            Red---She trains 2 days a week for 1hr and 15 min per w/o. Her diet is as stated above. She can't eat that much--she just hits a wall and when she's done she's done.

                            B12--Thanks, I am watching her closely, and she has no sides as of yet. Great shipping BTW!!

                            Tripper--The only reason she is taking this stuff is because she wants to, and she CAN'T take pills. She does have muscle tone, and her diet is as good as I can get it to be. There is no way in hell she'll let me post her pic. I dont own a scanner at all either. I'm only posting to try to get advise, not looking for miracle results.

                            Thanks to ALL who have tried to help EVEN those that have flamed me. I'm new to this and I searched may boards before posting any questions---This board has been good to me in the past, so I figured this was the best place to post. Thanks again...

                              i want to say that you are getting flamed because if you are familiar with the lifestyle, we don't understand what would make you think that what works for you (i.e. 5-6 smaller meals a day and understanding the importance of macronutrients on the body) won't work for her.

                              "it makes me sick to my stomache to eat breakfast" is an excuse for a girl who thinks that if she doesn't eat she will lose weight. she may be eating balanced meals the other 2 times of the day - but how can she expect to see any changes in body composition if she's barely feeding her body the fuel to simply function?

                              i have to say that it is only in her interest that you have gotten flamed.

                              i'm not sure how (without a change in her diet) she is putting on extra any extra weight. clen is not an anabolic - it has minor anti-catabolic properties which help some people when they stack it with T3 (and i am NOT RECOMMENDING that you give your girlfriend t3 either). it is a bronchial dialator which has an effect on increasing metabolic rates (leading to some ppl's success with it to aid in weight loss).

                              things you say that concern me is that you say "her diet is as good as i can get it to be" and "she works out 2 days a week" - if she eats 2 times a day and only works out 2-3 days a week, her dedication is clearly not there. or perhaps it's that you haven't stressed enough to her how important dedication would BE to change her body shape.

                              fitness is a lifestyle, not a magic pill or magic squirts of a fat burner to help you look good for a little.

                              none of us will condone her use of clen, t3, eca, or whatever else you might be thinking of giving her to give her a little "help" because there is not a reason to. she has to simply change her lifestyle first and understand what being fit means.
