    OK stats first :)

5-7 234 lbs now13% bf, currently on week 16 of a 25 week planned cycle
dosage now 1gram prop a week with 25 mg of thai's ed(week 2 of 5), water retention noticable yet manageable

so now the issues, For the past few weeks even a week or so before i took the d-bol I have been gettin back spasms and pains, sometimes so bad i have to go to my knees just from walking from one lift to the water fountain, I feel as if after any set esp ones standing(straight bar curls etc) my lower back just hurts terribly bad and I walk like i have a pole up my ass, very rigid and I just need to sit down, Im in decent cardio vascular shape 3x a week for 30 mins on eliptical which hurts after 20 mins but its ok not as bad, i cant walk walk after my work
outs for more than 100 feet without terrible pain like spasms, yet thru the day I feel fine, could I just be gettin such terrible pumps that the paraspinal muscles are just bunching together causing pain??? or could my body still not be used to the 10 lbs ive gained quickly, Ive also noticed my posture is shit with my whole upper pelvis tilted forward

maybe more ab training to work the antagonist muscle thats in spasm???

ideas or anyone else have this problem?

thanks and if u guys need more info let me know

The D-bol is making any back inflammation feel much worse. You're gonna be in pain until you're off the D-bol...no way to alleviate that.

so from what I gather increased water retention from the d-bol will put more pressure on nerves and muscles of which are already inflamed,
well no way in hell I'm going to quit the d-bol now... i gotta keep pushing through this pain to get where i want to
        thanks bro's

Back pain is usually a sign of a spinal subluxation (misalignment)- the gear just brings it to the surface- I've been dealing with it for years- I'm 32 now and throughout my 20's I had all kinds of problems with my back. You need to see a good chiropractor and stick with it. I'm doing better now and I'm able to lift and function better now than I have in a long time. Don't ignore back pain- it will get worse if you do- Been there, done that. Try taking glucosamine- it helps- and drink lots of water

a lot of things will cause severe lower back pumps, so bad that it hurts, it could be a condition like Breeze said, but generally its just an overflow of blood to the muscles in that specific area, a LOT of people get this, its quite common
