ok here the deal i'm thing of doing my first cycle need some help . i've been looking around the web and checking out diffrents types of cycles to do . i need some of yours advise whats a good cycle to get ripped up . my stats are 32yrs old 6'3" 260lbs i work-out 5x a week and do cardio 3-4 x a week for 45 min. i eat good during the week and slack off on the week-end but not too bad. i posted my pic's in the members pic section most of my fat is around my midsection, that i can't seem to get rid of and it's really starting to piss me off . advise on a cycle or some nutrition . i eat 250 + grams of protein , @270 +/- grams of carbs , 50/60 grams of fat a day. i'm not sure if i need to cut down on the carbs or not please help
