Which gear will help keep gains after stopping usage?

I always hear and read when you stop you lose whatever gains you made when using gear.

Is there any gear out that when you stop ,you keep some of the gains ?

    Thanks

Try reading up some more. You only lose a large amount of the gains if you don't do a good PCT. Look into HCG, Clomid, Nolvadex, and Clenbuterol HCl.

For one, a good portion of your gains is water weight. But in answer to your question- it is possible to keep your gains, no gear guarantees it. While with some you tend to hold more water, most of the gains made initially are water. If you can gain 5-7 lbs of LBM on a cycle you're doing pretty well.

The way you keep gains is simple, and I can't stress this enough: It's called eating properly through cutting phases and bulking phases. This game is 90% diet. THAT'S HOW YOU KEEP GAINS. Cutting, bulking, cutting, etc...,is all done through proper diet and training.

The reason people lose their gains is they eat like pussies when they stop the gear. Most people eat like a house while on,and think once they are off their body will magically retain the gains without feeding it the same nutrients. This is a terrible misconception. And again, the only way to gain and bulk, or lean out and cut, IS THROUGH YOUR DIET.

She's a female. The only reason she would take HCG, CLomid or Nolva would be to get her estrogen level back on track. Men take these things to prevent female virilization, ie., bitch tits. Clen and Nolva and the like do nothing for women OR MEN as far as keeping gains.

            ;) No prob!...

She made a post in the Female Anabolic forum needing advice on what to take, so I don't know if that's a mistake or if she wants men's input instead.

I figured there's more traffic here and didn't think there would be a difference in men and women when trying to keeps gains.

              Thanks all!

Men's and women's bodies have completely different genetic make ups and hormone compositions making it difficult for a man to tell you what drugs helped him keep gains rather than a woman telling you the effects of AAS on their body. The "kept" gains a man had vs. a woman are going to be totally different.
