    Guys for those who have experienced it , what is that best PCT that has worked for many of you ? Im finishing a 10 week 1000mg test a week and im hoping to keep as much possible. So I want to see those combinations with work best for all of you , not what a can take.

    #1 expect to lose a certain amount of water weight automatically. HCG is a must if you want to recover fully as fast as possible. after that it is kind of up to your body to recover. I use novaldex instead of clomid. usally run it for a few weeks at around 40-60mg. I use proviron to keep free test elevated (some people say it is supressive so you won't recover as fast as possible but I think the positives outweigh any possible suppresion). I also use an herb Avena Sativa-also to up free test that I believe works. other than that mostly you need to keep your food intake up and clean after a cycle and you need to back off on your training a bit because your body can't handle as much when you are not enhanced (this is a big reason people lose to much muscle mass off cycle, they try to keep up with the workouts they did while they were chemically enhanced and it just is not possible.)

      No need for hcg on a 10 weeker imo
      nolvadex like stonecold suggested and some tribulus and/or avina sativa.
      the key is to keep training and eating large but dont expect to lift as much as you used to. you can cut down a bit on the intensity of training. thats my 2cc

        well the only reason I suggested HCG is because he asked for the best possible PCT for recovery. so a bit of HCG will still help even with a mild cycle.

          thats cool bro, kind of agree with you. but if i would suggest hcg on a 10 weeker, i would do this like that: 500iu x2 week on cycle and stop 2 weeks before pct :)

            yeah that is what I suggest as well. i like the during cycle dosing of HCG to stop shrinkage at all. :)

                besides PCT diet is very important in keeping your gains, just make sure that you keep up with your diet and training when you come off
